What makes our butter chicken different
Charred in the tandoor first
The chicken is marinated in yoghurt and spices, then cooked in our clay tandoor before it goes into the sauce. That gives it a smoky edge.

Ripe tomatoes, butter, cream and fenugreek leaves, simmered slowly. Mild and creamy, so it suits kids and anyone new to Indian food.
